On August 4, 2021, a selection meeting was held at the Tea Industry Research Institute Auditorium for the Sayama Tea Brand Establishment Promotion Project in Reiwa 3rd year.
I had the opportunity to attend here.
This project will be held for the purpose of improving the tea making technology of the entire Sayama tea producing area, as well as improving the quality and products of Sayama tea.
This year, from the perspective of preventing coronavirus infectious diseases, the selection was based on the screening method of the Kanto Block Tea Co-Promotion Society.
The next day, an exhibition was held at the same venue.
