What is S-GAP Farm Evaluation?
GAP is an abbreviation for Good Agricultural Practice, which literally means “good agricultural practice”.
It is also called “Good Agricultural Practice”, which means to carry out sustainable agricultural management with consideration for food safety, occupational safety, and environmental conservation by observing laws, regulations, and morals related to agriculture.
“S-GAP” refers to the GAP established by Saitama Prefecture.
GAP is not only the benefit of the fact that it has been certified, but also the ability to “visualize” the production process in the process and to be able to see itself objectively, which is also a property for the producer.
With the recognition of a consistent production control system from cultivation to tea making, we will be able to deliver even safer and more secure Sayama tea to our customers.
