Sweet Potato Yokan (Small Packets)

Yokan is a bar of sweet Azuki (red bean) paste, but this Yokan is made with sweet potato instead of Azuki. Kawagoe, the historical city next to Sayama, is famous for producing sweet potatoes. This Yokan uses the sweet potatoes from Kawagoe.
