Autumn-Winter Bancha(Teabag)
Bancha is the tea harvested from summer to winter, the leaf size is larger than Sencha which is usually harvested in spring to summer. Bancha contains polysaccharides, the substance that may contribute to lowering blood sugar. Polysaccharides are heat sensitive, so the cold brewing is recommended.
