Sayama Matcha Myosho

Master Sodo Minato described this Sayama-grown Matcha when he was the chief abbot of Kenninji (Zen temple in Kyoto) as “The color of this Matcha – clear and bright green as pine needles held up against the sunlight, very profound”. Matcha Myosho (Myo (bright) Sho (pine)) was named after his words.
